We formed Radical Alice at the beginning of 2003.
We'd all built successful careers in large multi-national agencies. Between us, we'd worked in the UK, the USA, Australia, Asia and New Zealand. We'd won heaps of awards and worked on some of the world's biggest brands in places as diverse as Glasgow, London, Singapore, Melbourne and Chicago. But something wasn't right. Somehow, those huge agencies were missing the point.
Clients were putting less focus on 'big advertising ideas'. They wanted other ways to communicate with customers. They wanted partners who understood the impact of technology. How it's opened up new ways to spread information and change behaviour. Plus somebody who could pour as much passion into the little jobs - the dealer brochures and last minute conference presentation - as the sexy bigger stuff. A partner who would work alongside them to keep their brand culture alive, vibrant and fresh.
